About the Product Manager (UI/UX) role
As a Product Manager (Seller) in the Product Team, you will be using your knowledge and experience to relentlessly explore opportunities to generate value for your customers and for TPConnects. You have previously worked in the airline or travel domain and have an excellent understanding of the airline business domain covering distribution, pricing, sales and servicing. Alongside, you understand the associated (seller) technology ecosystem, which will enable you to have good conversations with your Engineering and Architecture counterparts.
In order to be successful in your role, you have strong communication and collaboration skills that will allow you to clearly articulate the needs of your customer.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and roadmap
- Lead the design and development of user interfaces that are intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to continually improve the product experience
- Work closely with engineers to ensure the successful implementation of UI/UX designs
- Analyze user data and metrics to make data-driven decisions on product improvements
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
Knowledge/Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, focusing on UI/UX design
- Strong understanding of design principles, usability, and user-centered design processes
- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in travel domain
